Praewa Kulatnam is currently a Program Coordinator at HITAP, a non-profit organization appraising health technologies and social health policy to inform decisions in Thailand and LMICs. With a background in international relations and political economy, she oversees the health technology assessment (HTA) programmatic portfolio and promotes HTA capacity building initiatives with domestic and international partners. Her past and ongoing research studies also focus on impact evaluation and economic evaluations of health and social policies, COVID-19 policy responses, health financing, and global health. Lately, Praewa has also served as the Global Health Fellow at Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health to engage in international health policy platforms namely the World Health Assembly, APEC Health Working Group, ASEAN Health Cluster 3, etc.
