This is first visit for the introduction of PCV in Bhutan and the main scope of the visit was to build technical capacity for the Bhutanese research team conducting this study. The objectives were to come up with a clear proposal for the study, drafting methodology including clear data collection plan and finalizing the timeline for the study.
